We ate a Sunday roast dinner from the bar menu and it was just awful. The chicken tasted like a broiled dog food, the potatoes were cooked from frozen. The vegetables and gravy were acceptable. We could not believe that a restaurant/pub in such a prominent position could get away with such poor quality food. Sorry. But someone needs to address this as it is a missed opportunity for both parties. It would take little effort to raise the bar and have some pride in the food output.
