I moved to Burnham two years ago and have not regretted it for a minute. Yes it has its youth problems and during Burnham week and the carnival week it can be overcrowded. But its plus points are many. It has outstanding pubs and restaurants(The Ship, the Contented Sole etc) the people are friendly and welcoming (as long as you want to join in otherwise they will leave you alone)
It has great walks and countryside. It is a small community with a village feel and I would strongly urge you to join the community as it can feel isolated during the winter (It ahs been known to be snowed in for a week)
